Abstract:

Comments on the first revived Boyle Lecture delivered by Professor John Haught at the church of St Mary-le-Bow in London, England in February 2004 which provided a reflective analysis of some of the difficulties that certain traditional approaches to natural theology encounter on account of the problematic dynamics of Darwinian revolution. Vision of Haught for a reconfiguration of natural theology; Development of theology in the eighteenth century; Difference between the visions of Haught and Robert Boyle on the nature and scope of natural theology.
