Love and Fear

Fear is a major problem in our culture because we fear 1) the wrong things, 2) in the wrong way. What does the Scripture have to say about fear?

This year's Institute of Biblical Studies will begin Friday evening with a free public lecture entitled "Love and Fear."

We are commanded to love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, but what of the constant encouragement to fear Him, too? What part does fear play in our lives, especially in relation to love? What part should it play in the way we live our lives?

Dr. Drew Trotter will give three additional talks on Saturday at Bethel Grove Bible Church, and will preach at Bethel Grove Sunday morning.
